Question: Do some companies measure Lumens differently.  Yes. Some companies use the rating that the LED has for instance the CREE Q5 HO has a rating of 260 Lumens.  Other companies use power consumption and other factors.  Some companies are notorious for underestimating Lumen output.

Question: What is the warranty on your lights?  All lights and components are covered excluding Light bulbs are one year.  Light bulbs are three months.  Problems as a result of misuse are not covered.
